Atres Intralogistics Sp. z o.o. respects the right to privacy of individuals and places great importance on the protection and confidentiality of personal data. This Privacy Policy contains information regarding the processing of personal data of individuals visiting websites in the “atres.pl” domain or using services provided by Atres Intralogistics.

 

Personal Data Controller

The personal data controller is Atres Intralogistics Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań (61-054), at 60 Ludmiły Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000661129, and Tax Identification Number (VAT-ID): PL7822678950 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” or “Atres”). Basic Principles of Personal Data Processing

The Controller processes personal data only to the minimum extent necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. The purposes for collecting personal data are clearly defined in this Privacy Policy. The Controller does not process personal data in a manner inconsistent with these purposes. The Controller exercises the rights of data subjects in accordance with legal provisions, including ensuring the accuracy of personal data and promptly responding to any requests for rectification or updating of data. The Controller limits the storage of personal data in accordance with legal provisions, only to the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected, unless there are reasons that would justify extending the data storage period. The Controller selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures with due diligence to ensure the protection of processed personal data. Only persons duly authorized by the Controller have access to the data. The Controller protects personal data against unauthorized disclosure. If personal data is shared with other entities, this is done in a secure, contractually secured manner, or in another manner consistent with applicable law.

 

Purposes and legal basis of data processing

Personal data are processed by the Controller in accordance with the law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), for the following purposes:

  • establishing business relationships, including answering questions in connection with customer contact (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);
  • concluding and performing a contract with a customer (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR);
  • complying with the Controller’s legal obligations regarding tax and accounting obligations (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR);
  • pursuing the Controller’s legitimate interests, i.e., marketing its own products or services, pursuing or securing claims, conducting analyses and statistics on activity on Atres websites (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);
  • selection of job candidates as part of the Controller’s legitimate interest in hiring new staff (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary; however, failure to provide data will result in the inability to establish a business relationship, conclude a contract, or participate in recruitment.

 

Data subject rights

Individuals whose personal data are processed by the Controller have, in particular, the right to access their data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to data processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest for reasons related to their particular situation, the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes, and the right to withdraw consent if processing is based on consent.

The rights referred to in the preceding sentence may be exercised by sending an appropriate request to the Controller’s email address, including the name, surname, and email address of the data subject, in accordance with the applicable law.

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of personal data by the Controller violates applicable law.

 

Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive it under applicable law, including the relevant judicial authorities. Personal data may also be transferred to trusted recipients such as postal operators, accounting entities, partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), and debt collection agencies.

Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.

 

Data retention period

Personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the specific purpose for which it was collected, and after its expiry, for the period necessary to secure or pursue any claims or to fulfill the Controller’s legal obligations (arising from tax or accounting regulations).

Personal data processed for the purposes of marketing own products or services based on a legitimate interest will be processed until the data subject objects.

Personal data processed for the purposes of recruitment and candidate selection will be processed for a period of three months following the end of the recruitment process, unless a candidate consents to the storage of their personal data for future recruitment purposes.

 

Automated decision- making

The Administrator does not process personal data in a manner that would involve making solely automated decisions about a given individual.

 

Cookies

The Administrator uses cookies, which are IT data, specifically text files, stored on end devices intended for use with Atres websites in the atres.pl domain. Information collected using cookies allows us to tailor services and content to the individual needs and preferences of users, i.e., those browsing Atres websites, and is also used to compile general statistics regarding the use of answer.com.pl.

 

Personal data collected using cookies is collected solely to perform specific functions for users and is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
